Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for driving marketing effectiveness across all marketing channels leveraging advanced marketing analytics techniques.
Working in the Marketing Analytics department, you will work closely with our Marketing, Analytics and Data Science teams to understand and improve the optimal allocation of our marketing investments.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities :
- Design, implement and analyze incrementality tests to measure the true impact of our marketing investments
- Collaborate with the Budget Planning and Forecasting Lead to improve and automate our budget allocation and planning processes
- Design and implement marketing measurement tools (i.e. Marketing Mix Modelling, Attribution) to ensure a holistic approach to assessing the impact of our marketing channels
- Construct, maintain and refine data products and setup (automated) data pipelines
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Brand, Data Engineering, Data Science and various other Analytics teams to prepare data-based decision-making
Qualifications
You possess relevant professional experience in an analytical role ideally in a digital business, consultancy, media or market researchYou hold a relevant degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or any related disciplineYou have coding experience in Python / R and SQL and you are keen on learning moreYou are already familiar with one of the Marketing Analytics technologies like attribution modelling, incrementality testing, A / B testingAbility to identify and solve complex analytical challenges and to communicate them with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersYou are fluent in English, German is a plusAdditional Information
