Your tasks

• Testing and logging of optical-mechanical components and assemblies
• Mechanical and electrical adjustment of assemblies
• Assembly of electrical test equipment
• Preparation of production, test and diagnostic reports
• Assembling mechanical and electrical assemblies and devices according to assembly instructions, drawings and parts lists
• Troubleshooting simple electronic assemblies and devices using circuit diagrams and signal plans, including repair and documentation in SAP
• Carrying out commissioning, inspections and interface tests according to test specifications
• Logging your own work to document work results
• On-schedule processing and feedback of production orders

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of electrics/electronics
• Further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman, alternatively comparable further training with many years of professional experience in the assembly/repair of electronic assemblies
• Experience in dealing with technical system documentation and electrical aids
• Experienced in working with MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
• Confident handling of electrical, mechanical and optical tools and test equipment
• Good written and spoken English skills
• High degree of care, precision and quality awareness
• Goal-oriented, independent and self-reliant way of working
• Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel
