Bus driver (f / m / d) in line traffic

In our transport area in the districts of Mayen-Koblenz and Ahrweiler, as a trained bus driver (f / m / d), you are an integral part of the daily mobility of our local passengers.

Against the backdrop of the traffic turnaround, the signs are pointing to growth and expansion of local public transport.

To fulfill this mission, we are looking for committed and motivated people who want to make a difference in the region and contribute to environmentally friendly and innovative mobility.

You will be the first point of contact for our passengers and the expert when it comes to good, safe connections and fair fares.

This could possibly move you - your tasks with us :

• Passenger transportation in regular / occasional / special and school transport
• Checking the vehicle before departure for damage, roadworthiness, completeness of all documents to be carried
• Ticket sales on the bus
• Advising passengers on fares, scheduled and connecting services and contact person in the event of disruptions
• Accounting of fare revenue
• Ensuring the smooth running of the transport service

This is what moves us - your profile :

• Driving license class D / DE and a driver's card ("Fahrerkarte")
• Passenger transport licence (Professional Drivers' Qualification : key number 95)
• Valid work and residence permit for foreign applicants
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people
• Very good written and spoken German language skills
• Ideally good knowledge of English
• Stress resistance and flexibility
• Good geographical knowledge of the region
• Willingness to help, ability to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays
