Your Responsibilities
Drive Product Strategy with Insights : Collaborate closely with Product teams and Product leadership to understand and shape product strategies using actionable insights from user behavior. Identify key problems, refine hypotheses, analyze relevant data, and present findings that enable better product and design decisions.Experimentation and Evaluation : Design and conduct thorough experiments, including A / B tests, to generate findings and measure the effectiveness of our offering. Analyze the results to ensure accurate decisions are made and share learnings to inform future developments.Craft Compelling Narratives : Transform complex data into visually stunning dashboards and reports that tell a clear status and allow actionable insights. You have the ability to support & influence product in making critical decisions.Be a data evangelist : You use your understanding of funnels, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities for step and angle changes in growth.Your Profile
Graduating with a Master’s degree in a relevant data field of study, PhD is a plus.2+ years of professional experience in data and 1+ year in the product area with a track record of successfully influencing Product decisions.Previous experience in digital product companies or e-commerce environments selling directly to consumers.Advanced SQL modeling with good understanding of modern data stack and effective data warehousing. Experience working with dbt is a plus.Proficiency in applying statistical analysis ( hypothesis testing, regression analysis, correlation, etc).Good Python skills with relevant libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, etc) as well as notebooks.Proficiency in data visualization with Looker (or similar BI tool).Basic understanding of frontend engineering is a plus.Fluent in English.63,000 - €74,000 a yearSenior Data Analyst €63,000 - €74,000Factors that may influence an employee's pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, education level, seniority, and performance. The compensation for this role will be within the range of €63,000 to €74,000 + VSOP, depending on the factors described above, as assessed during the interview process. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting. This compensation range may be subject to change in the future.
