Howyou will create an impact :
You will manage the delivery and roll-out of our SK Loyalty SaaS suite to multiple financial services clients in parallel.You will conduct the client-specific delivery and client-specific customization projects and ensure that your projects are delivered in quality, time, and budget.You will work on technical solution presentations and proposals and initiate the contracting process.You will perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders as well as concepting and estimating the optimal solution.As part of your role, you will consult business as well as technical stakeholders on how to implement / integrate the software.By conducting discovery meetings and client demos, you will support sales and consulting teams.You will provide product trainings to the client and be the key contact person during hyper-care phase.You are a key feedback provider to product management for the general product roadmap.Youremain a key contact for major clients and conduct proof of value projects.Aboutyou :
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, computer science or a related field) and one to three years of professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations.You have the technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers (e.g., data, interfaces, core banking systems, software integration).You have well-founded experience with IT project management and agile methodologies.You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.You have refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.You are fluent in English and German.Youpossess industry knowledge in Banking and Financial Services in the Germanmarket.
