Howyou will create an impact :

  • You will manage the delivery and roll-out of our SK Loyalty SaaS suite to multiple financial services clients in parallel.
  • You will conduct the client-specific delivery and client-specific customization projects and ensure that your projects are delivered in quality, time, and budget.
  • You will work on technical solution presentations and proposals and initiate the contracting process.
  • You will perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders as well as concepting and estimating the optimal solution.
  • As part of your role, you will consult business as well as technical stakeholders on how to implement / integrate the software.
  • By conducting discovery meetings and client demos, you will support sales and consulting teams.
  • You will provide product trainings to the client and be the key contact person during hyper-care phase.
  • You are a key feedback provider to product management for the general product roadmap.
  • Youremain a key contact for major clients and conduct proof of value projects.
  • Aboutyou :

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, computer science or a related field) and one to three years of professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations.
  • You have the technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers (e.g., data, interfaces, core banking systems, software integration).
  • You have well-founded experience with IT project management and agile methodologies.
  • You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
  • You have refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
  • Youpossess industry knowledge in Banking and Financial Services in the Germanmarket.
