StellenbeschreibungDevelop functional test procedures for factory acceptance and commissioning Coordination of engineering and design process Communication with clients and suppliers where necessary Develop control panel layout and wiring diagrams Assist in coordination and supervision of designers Produce technical reports Translation of customer electrical engineering requirements Set aggressive targets, accept consequences of actions, and hold others accountable Meet the expectations and requirements of all customers Deliver on commitments, produce work of the highest quality in a timely and effective manner Plan and execute work that is accurate, complete, and reliable Deal respectfully, fairly, and decisively with difficult circumstances Understand priorities and balance short-term and long-term requirements Produce managerial reports Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years industry related experience designing electrical devices, medium voltage preferred. Excellent working knowledge of kinematics, linkage design, and analytical tools Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment Fluent in English and German Excellent analytical skills is required Knowledge of power systems and / or industrial automation and controls Familiar with electro-mechanical device design Experience using Design of Experiments techniques is a plus Working knowledge of design for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability Demonstrated strong technical abilities with good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
