They are seeking an experienced Dealer Network Development Manager for the German market
Responsibilities :
- Devise and execute strategies for the dealer network in alignment with the company's strategic plan and budget.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with dealer groups to expand the network and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the entire process of establishing the dealer network, from identifying potential dealers to overseeing deployment and store openings.
- Ensure retail locations adhere to brand standards for visual identity and store image.
- Provide timely market analysis and competitor insights to adjust strategies.
- Evaluate dealer network performance and offer improvement suggestions.
- Organize and manage pop-up exhibitions, including site selection and coordination.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering, or machinery engineering.
- Over 10 years of experience in automobile dealer network management, including at least 5 years in a directorial role.
- Strong network and relationships within dealer groups.
- Excellent management skills, with experience in site selection and franchise standards implementation.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure, take initiative, and embrace innovation.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
