Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Joining our customer value analytics team as a data analyst means you'll be an essential part of further developing FactoryPal's analytics product. Together with our experienced data analysts, you'll work on the following topics :

  • Data Transformation and Analysis : Generate key insights into customer data by extracting, cleaning, and transforming data from our Snowflake data warehouse using dbt. Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. Explore large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to tell stories with data.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting : Work with Tableau to create insightful reports and dashboards. Visualize complex data in a user-friendly manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Management & Product Development Understand and identify the analysis and reporting needs of key customer contacts and internal stakeholders Derive and communicate insights into customers’ machine and business data. Contribute with your experience to our product development process and thereby enhance FactoryPal’s analytics solution.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, STEM or related fields)

    • 2 years experience in data analysis, modeling and reporting in a relevant environment - ideally in the industrial / manufacturing sector

  • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (first experience with dbt is a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of Python for data analytics
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (ideally Tableau)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing code and collaboration
  • Ideally first experience in development of an analytics product using agile methods
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within our team
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and seek solutions independently
  • Your English is fluent
