For the continued growth of our founder-led company, we're currently seeking you as a (Senior) Product Manager & Entrepreneur in Residen ce (m / f / d) for our Software-as-a-Service platform, based in Munich or Berlin (hybrid).

In this role, you'll hold a key position in the development of our software platform, enabling you to unleash your entrepreneurial passion.

You'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving a platform product within our rapidly growing organization.

Collaborating closely with a team of frontend, backend, and AI engineers, as well as UX specialists, you'll lead the development of a new product for renowned clients.

• You'll operate as an entrepreneur within the company, with significant autonomy, bringing your passion from product vision development to ongoing enhancements
• You're enthusiastic about digital products, user experience, and modern tech stacks, making it easy for you to lead your interdisciplinary project team to success.

Your priorities are data-driven and based on meaningful experiments

• You'll directly develop, present, and discuss product ideas at the founder and VP levels, taking holistic ownership
• Simultaneously, we'll provide targeted support and development to nurture your entrepreneurial skills potentially for your future startup or for taking on a management position at yoummday

Your profile

• You possess relevant education or a completed degree in media informatics, business informatics, engineering, or related fields
• You have substantial experience in product management, building digital products, or underlying product strategy (e.g.

as a product manager, product owner, service designer, project lead), ideally in the SaaS domain

• You excel at structuring complex challenges, swiftly responding to market changes, and striking a balance between user desires and sustainable value contribution
• You enjoy communicating within the team both in English & German, engaging with tech experts, designers, customers, and users.

You relish finding the perfect solutions and have a healthy sense of humor
