Our client, a prestigious and highly respected law firm, is seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team in Luxembourg. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and high-level legal environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including AML, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks.
- Oversee KYC / AML processes for clients, particularly the identification and verification of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
- Develop, implement, and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Train and raise awareness among employees on compliance and risk management topics.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to external audit requests.
- Conduct internal audits and provide regular reports to management, highlighting any identified risks.
