How You'll Make an Impact

Agile lead in a R&D program with several global RnD project teams.
Lead and enable the team to deliver the sprint goals, establishing agile rituals and ensuring implementation across the affected RnDs.
Steer the sprint tasks to ensure continuous deliveries and deployments.
Support continuous improvements within the R&D program and develop KPIs to track RnD progress.
Exchange and collaborate with Product Owner, team, and stakeholders.
Support in establishing and running an efficient organization of the RnD program.

What You Bring

University degree in Information Technology, computer science, engineering, or similar, preferably with a focus on information management solutions.

3+ years of experience, including software development and working with agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban),

Beneficial : background in electrical engineering or knowhow on transmission solutions.

Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).

Agile mindset, highly structured approach

Flexibility, motivation and enthusiasm for driving change
