Youâll be the go-to expert for our clients :
- Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process
- Support and empower existing users to become InviteDesk ambassadors
- Spot opportunities for improvement and share them with our product team
- Offer tailored solutions and upsell when it makes sense
- Deliver training sessions at our HQ and occasionally on-site
- Expand our knowledge base and share insights with the team

Youâre a proactive, customer-obsessed problem solver who :
Communicates clearly and confidently (digitally and in person)Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentSpeaks and writes fluent German & English â Dutch and French are a strong plusHas at least 1 year of relevant experience and a bachelor-level mindsetWorks in a structured way, takes ownership,Brings positive energy to every interaction â with a keen eye for detailđ What we offer
