• Support and empower existing users to become InviteDesk ambassadors
• Spot opportunities for improvement and share them with our product team
• Offer tailored solutions and upsell when it makes sense
• Deliver training sessions at our HQ and occasionally on-site
• Expand our knowledge base and share insights with the team
