We are seeking a Senior Manager Global Business Solutions to lead and shape strategic initiatives for the business division Risk Prevention . As an expert in solution implementation, you will drive innovative strategies, co-create with customers, and support cross-functional teams and countries to deliver impactful results in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Define and implement business models for existing solutions in logistics and M : IP Mission Infection Prevention
  • Lead project initiatives with global partners to build new solutions to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders, including C-level executives, to shape strategic programs
  • Develop new business models and establish financially viable solutions (e.g., RFID)
  • Set up and measure KPIs to ensure project success and timely execution
  • Support the development of digital solutions and partnerships to enhance existing offerings
  • Assess current logistics solutions and create strategies for new developments with the Digital Hub
  • Provide operational support for M : IP solution selling , including Hygiene / HAI bundles

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven expertise in solution implementation within the hospital or medical device sector
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with hospital C-level interactions
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions and international marketing
  • Proficiency in developing and executing strategies in logistics and hospital channels
  • Track record of working across diverse cultures and global teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
