With innovative solutions, our subsidiary, CodeWrights, represents unique solutions for plant control integration and on-site device management. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Project Manager. In this role, you will work with a broad range of customers in the field of automation technology. You will stay at the forefront of developments and help make the world a slightly better place. Our clients – leading device manufacturers – are facing increasing challenges, and you’ll support them in overcoming these successfully with your solutions. This position is based at CodeWrights in Karlsruhe.

Specifically, you can expect the following tasks

Together with a team of five project managers / Scrum Masters, you take on full revenue responsibility for around 60 diverse projects involving 40 developers and partners
You tailor your role specifically to the customer’s needs – ranging from client support to Scrum Master duties and full project management
You work closely with our developers and help them prioritize effectively
You are responsible for the customer journey, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of both project and business goals
You serve as a key interface with the sales team – from the proposal phase to the handover of incoming orders to the development
You coordinate across multiple projects as part of multi-project management
As we have no traditional leadership structure, you keep an eye on the developers and stay in close contact with People & Culture regarding employee-related topics

Your qualifications

Experience as a project manager working with external customers

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

In-depth knowledge of requirements and project management as well as agile project environments

Strong communication and teamwork skills and a high level of customer orientation

The ability to work independently and in a structured manner, even under pressure

Experience with project billing and budget management.

Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
