Configuration & Support Specialist – E-Signature (m / f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for an Electronic Signature Configuration & Support Specialist to support one of our major clients (EU Institution).

In this role, you will provide L1 / L2 support, configuration, and user onboarding for the electronic signature platform. You will combine technical setup with user support and training, ensuring smooth adoption across the institution — including senior stakeholders and external clients.

THE WORK :

• Provide L1 / L2 support for electronic signature solutions, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
• Configure, update, and manage user setup for platforms such as DocuSign .
• Support integration with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText Content Server).
• Assist users with mobile applications for electronic signatures.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and guidance sessions for internal staff and external clients.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in processes or configuration.
• Promote best practices and support change adoption across the institution.

Flexible : The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and onsite at a client in Luxembourg.
