Are you passionate about digital design, collaboration, and shaping how complex buildings are planned and delivered? Our client is now searching for a Senior BIM Manager based in Berlin | Düsseldorf | Munich and play a key role in driving high-quality, future-oriented architecture through advanced BIM methodologies.
Working closely with the BIM team, data management specialists, and project teams, you will help continuously enhance our digital planning processes. Using state-of-the-art tools and collaborative workflows, you’ll coordinate all planning disciplines to deliver conceptually strong and technically efficient solutions across complex large-scale projects.
Your Role
- Develop and lead BIM project strategies for complex, large-scale developments
- Coordinate and maintain AEOIs and BIM Execution Plans
- Ensure compliance with BIM delivery plans, coordination processes, and quality standards
- Implement concept-driven designs using BIM methodologies within project teams
- Configure, manage, and control project-relevant BIM applications
- Coordinate building models and perform clash detection
- Further develop internal BIM standards, guidelines, tools, and methods
- Strengthen BIM quality management through training, coaching, and hands-on support
Your Profile
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualificationExtensive professional experience (LPH 1–5), particularly in execution planningStrong didactic skills and experience training and supporting colleaguesIn-depth knowledge of BIM workflows, particularly with Autodesk RevitConfident use of BIM coordination tools such as Solibri and Navisworks , and cloud platforms (ACC / BIM360, BIMcollab ZOOM, etc.)Experience with model-based cost estimation, tendering, or room data sheets is advantageousPractical BIM experience during project supervision or bid preparation is a plusStrong communication skills in German and EnglishWhat Our Client Offers
