Plenty of room for your expertise - how to get involved :

• Leadership : You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management and further development of a team of IT service managers and experts
• Strategic responsibility & Service quality : You develop and implement the ITSM strategy and ensure high service quality through defined IT services and continuous optimization based on KPIs and feedback
• Process design & tool management : you design, document and optimize ITIL-based processes and are responsible for the selection, introduction and further development of modern ITSM tools
• Project & resource management : you manage and coordinate IT projects, are responsible for budget planning, resource deployment and support license and system audits
• Cooperation & interface management : you will work closely with internal departments, IT departments and external service providers to ensure smooth processes and joint achievement of objectives
