Assistant Manager Tax Compliance : Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise tax compliance processes , ensuring the accurate preparation and review of VAT, CIT, and corporate tax returns .
  • Manage and review tax-related work completed by senior and junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to local and international tax regulations , ensuring timely and precise tax filings.
  • Assist in tax audits and manage tax reporting across the group, providing strategic input on tax-efficient structures.
  • Collaborate with senior management and external advisors to address tax-related matters and optimize tax strategies.
  • Support internal teams in tax planning and structuring initiatives , offering expertise to enhance compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of tax filings to regulatory authorities, maintaining strict compliance standards.

Assistant Manager Tax Compliance - Your Profile :

  • Educational background : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in tax, finance, or accounting .
  • Experience : At least five years of experience in corporate tax, VAT, or tax accounting , preferably gained within a Big 4 firm, financial institution, or the real estate sector .
  • Technical expertise : Strong understanding of local and international tax regulations , with proven expertise in VAT and corporate tax compliance .
  • Language skills : Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional European language is an asset.
  • Attention to detail : Highly meticulous and organized , with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Communication & interpersonal skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels .

  • Attractive compensation : A competitive salary of €80,000 gross , complemented by a discretionary bonus .
