Ambu is experiencing significant growth and has an ambitious plan for future innovation. By joining us now, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our future product portfolio in close collaboration with users. Your base will be either at our headquarters in Ballerup, surrounded by the beautiful Pederstrup area, or at our Innovation Centre in Augsburg, located in the new Technology area.

We're looking for someone who combines a strong technical foundation with hands-on project management experience. You'll play a key role in driving product development from early concept and scoping all the way through execution and market launch. If you've led R&D initiatives in Class II medical devices, we'd love to hear from you, your expertise will be highly valued in shaping impactful solutions for patients and clinicians alike.

Key responsibilities :

As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will :

• Lead new development projects from early scoping through development, production setup, and product registrations, following the product to market introduction
• Collaborate closely with Global Marketing and Clinical departments to ensure customer needs are integrated into the design
• Head a cross-functional international team through all development stages, following Ambu's innovation process
• Mature new technologies to deliver advanced and innovative solutions, ensuring high quality and compliance
