As part of R&D (Research & Development) in the Software Quality assurance team, you will work on one of the leading software solutions for microscopy.
Become part of our open-minded and passionate team in the vital role as a manager. We have committed ourselves to ensure and improve the quality of our software products to enable our demanding customers in research, medical, and industry to meet their ambitious goals.
Our team utilizes a wide range of modern tools and practices in the field of automated and manual testing. This enables us to deliver the second-to-none quality standards that our customers demand for our products.
Working closely with all other R&D teams, we deliver software solutions that help make the invisible visible and empower our customers to create a better, healthier world.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of Software- and Systemtests (manually and automated) for microscopy applications with your team of test experts.
Planning and coordination of operational deployment of capacity and resources to ensure the implementation of the innovation plan.
Supporting and ensuring compliance with the prescribed development processes and methods and optimizes them by adapting to local specifics and project requirements
Planning, leadership and support, qualification and assessment of your employees.
Technical support for e.g. RA&QA, Production, Technical Service and Product Management
Cooperation with responsible software test leaders at other LMS development sites in order to create synergies, establish joint processes and procedures and share best practices
YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, engineering or natural sciences.
Relevant leadership experience with proven success in personnel development.
Many years of professional experience in the field of manual software test as well as software test automation
Strong conceptual and communication skills plus a good understanding of systems and applications
Good knowledge of English and German
