Your tasks will include :
- Translating business questions into precise data queries
- Evaluating and preparing data analyses for various departments
- Interpreting the analysis results and deriving recommendations for action for internal customers
- Collaborating on cross-departmental projects to optimize processes and systems
- Setting up, providing technical support for, and administering databases (including performance monitoring and data quality assurance)
What you bring to the table :
Successfully completed technical or business studies (minor in computer science) or technical / commercial training with a focus on ITInitial professional experience as a data expert (gn)In-depth knowledge of SQL and PythonDatabase knowledge, ideally in Db2 (IBM)Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and strong numerical skillsCustomer and team orientation as well as strong communication skillsExperience in customer segmentation and using relevant analysis toolsIdeally, technical expertise in OSPlus contexts, e.g. :Integrated contact management
