The hiring company is currently looking for an experienced Director of Operations to manage their German operations from the Pulheim office. This position involves overseeing supply chain management procurement and operational planning ensuring smooth import / export processes and leading a crossfunctional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure and operational leadership with indepth knowledge of the German market and regulatory frameworks .

Responsibilities :

• Operational Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute the operational strategy for the companys German operations aligning with the overall goals and objectives.
• Team Management & Development : Lead manage and mentor the operations team in Germany fostering a culture of performance innovation and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization : Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance operational efficiency reduce costs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Supply Chain & Procurement Management : Oversee supply chain operations coordinate procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of materials and services.
• Import / Export Logistics : Manage and coordinate import / export logistics ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely .
• Stakeholder & Partner Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners government agencies suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operational and compliance with regulations.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure that all operations comply with relevant local regulations and safety standards maintaining the highest level of quality control.
• Reporting & Analytics : Regularly update senior leadership on operational performance key metrics and potential risks.
