Your future role.
- You shape the Innomotics Shareholder Controlling framework incl. organizational structure, processes and applications (e.g. master data management tool) in alignment with the head of Shareholder Controlling as well as the involved functions (accounting, finance & treasury, legal and tax)
- You support the identification of external service providers assisting the corporate team in specific tax-, legal-, accounting- and financing-related questions
- You are responsible for executing the shareholder governance for all Innomotics subsidiaries worldwide and assume the rights and obligations resulting from your legal ownership role
- You are responsible for the capitalization of subsidiaries through equity / debt or local financing options as well as executing an appropriate dividend policy
- You act as consultant, first point of contact and center of expertise for Innomotics companies, mainly Innomotics’ managing directors and heads of accounting for all topics around Shareholder Controlling
- You drive, manage and optimize the legal and tax structure to enhance the Innomotics entity portfolio, reducing complexity for Innomotics and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- You are the project lead for relevant topics in shareholder-related transactions (e.g. liquidation, foundation, optimization activities)
- You are responsible for monitoring and reducing potential equity, currency as well as country risk by initiating respective measures, in close cooperation with the respective departments
- You are responsible for accurately and timely reports to accountable management
Your profile.
We are looking forward to meeting you if you hold a Bachelor´s / Master´s degree or PhD in Business, Finance,Accounting or similarYou have at least 5 years of experience in Shareholder Controlling / Finance / Accounting / Controlling / AuditYou have proven knowledge in accounting (Local GAAP / HGB / IFRS), company and tax law as well as company financing topicsConsidering a particularly high number of internal and external contacts required to effectively carry out this role, highly effective networking, collaboration, and communication skills are key for this roleIdeally you have experience from working abroad and gained a deep understanding of different cultures and their way of interactingYou demonstrate fluent command of German and English, additional languages are beneficialOur benefits.
