What youll do

Execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes that support our investment platform

Identify operational issues investigate root causes and support their resolution

Implement and improve operational workflows and contribute to their improvement and automation

Work closely with Product Customer Service and other internal teams to address operational dependencies and challenges

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures SOPs and control frameworks

Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly

Support improvement projects and gradually take ownership of parts of the operation

What youll need

Undergraduate degree in Business Finance Accounting Economics or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail

Process design and process management skills

A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations

Interest in how digital products and investment platforms work

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

Knowledge of SQL

Knowledge of the German language

Internship or project exposure to financial services or fintech operations
