Senior SAP Project Manager

Location : Flexible, with 80% work from home

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of SAP solutions and project management expertise to drive successful SAP implementations for a variety of clients across Germany.

What to expect :

• Project Leadership : Lead and manage large-scale SAP projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
• Client Engagement : Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
• Change Management : Advise on IT Service Management and Change Management related to SAP environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Strategic Planning : Conduct standalone analysis and consulting for new SAP requirements, and evaluate integration platforms and new SAP technologies.
• Team Collaboration : Work independently and proactively within project and support teams, mentoring and coaching team members on technical and methodological issues.
• Sales Support : Assist in the sales process for consulting services, including creating and processing offers for future customer projects.
• Operational Support : Support clients in the development and operation of complex SAP landscapes, both organizationally and technologically.

What we want :

• Professional Experience : Several years of experience as an SAP project manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on SAP Basis.
• IT Process Knowledge : Extensive experience with IT processes (ITIL, COBIT) and Enterprise Architecture Management frameworks (TOGAF, FEAF, Zachman).
• SAP Expertise : In-depth knowledge of SAP integration technologies and experience with SAP projects.
• Technical Proficiency : Basic application skills in at least two SAP modules, with a passion for new technologies such as AI and automation.
• Language Skills : Proficiency in both German and English.
