As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You are responsible for developing and implementing DKV Mobility’s internal communications strategy.
• In addition, you provide communication support for key strategic programs.
• Your tasks include integrating all business units and international subsidiaries.
• You will also develop clear and concise content for distribution across all relevant internal communication channels.
• You identify and implement new formats or platforms to improve employee reach and engagement.
• Maintaining the company intranet in terms of content and design is part of your responsibilities.
• You are in charge of planning, organizing, and executing internal event formats to communicate focus topics comprehensively and innovatively.

• You have extensive experience in internal communications and possess exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong empathy and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way define you.
• You have strong media literacy and the ability to communicate topics across different channels in written, audiovisual, or live formats.
• Powerful writing and editorial skills, a precise working style, and a high level of creativity round off your profile.
• Your business-fluent German skills, both spoken and written, are complemented by very good English proficiency.
• You demonstrate impressive skills in using the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
