Your role as CFO is key torealising our vision and the strategic direction of our company.Your mission includes :

StrategicFinancial Planning and InvestorRelations

As CFO, you will be responsiblefor ensuring the financial stability and scalability of ourcompany.

  • Develop andimplement a long-term financial strategy to support the company’sgrowth
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith existing and potential investors, banks, and otherstakeholders
  • Prepare and execute financingrounds, including pitch decks, negotiations, and due diligenceprocesses
  • Ensure transparent and accurateinvestor reporting, including regular updates and presentation ofrelevant financialmetrics

Internal Controlling andFinancial Management

Together with ourfinance team, you will oversee budgeting, business planning,forecasting, annual financial statements, and both internal andexternal reporting. Using KPIs, you will ensure we achieve ourfinancial and strategic goals while proactively mitigatingpotential (financial) risks.

  • Build andoptimize a robust internal controlling and reportingsystem
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow
  • Take ownership of KPIs to monitorfinancial performance and guide corporatestrategy
  • Act as a sparring partner for theexecutive team on strategic decisions
  • Analyzenew business opportunities and assess their financialimpact
  • Support company scaling through processoptimization and automation in the financearea
  • Collaborate closely with other departmentsto drive the company strategyforward
  • What you bringalong

  • You have 5+ years of experiencein a C-level position and ideally have already worked as a financeleader in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • You areexperienced in strategic financial planning as well as in buildingand maintaining relationships with investors, banks, and otherstakeholders.
  • You are data- and KPI-driven andexcel in time and priority management.
  • You area confident leader who thinks strategically and can communicatecomplex topics clearly and effectively.
  • Youhave proven experience in scaling companies, particularly throughprocess optimization and automation infinance.
  • You are highly motivated, goal-driven,and great at working with different teams to achieve overallcompany goals.
