OpenELAB GmbH is a tech startup founded in 2024, headquartered in Munich. We also have offices based in Shenzhen (China), Long Beach (US) and Istanbul (Turkey). We provide AIoT and robotic intelligent hardware modules for global geeks, tech companies, universities, and research institutes, collaborating on the development of smart hardware products.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Operations Manager to be a foundational member of our growing European team. This is a multifaceted role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about bringing innovative open-source hardware to the market.

Tasks

Core Responsibilities :

• Exhibitions & Events (30%) : Planning, coordination, and execution of offline exhibitions and events to enhance brand visibility and marketing impact.
• Customer Support (20%) : Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving customer inquiries and providing support via email and phone.
• Logistics Management (20%) : Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery of customer orders.
• Business Development & Client Relations (20%) : Proactively build and maintain strong relationships through in-person visits with B2B and university clients to foster collaboration.
• Administrative Management (10%) : Provide support in managing HR, finance, tax, and general administrative affairs for the European region.
