Circular Resourcing are recruiting for a Land Acquisition Manager to support the development of solar PV projects in Germany.

The Land Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential project sites, managing land acquisition processes, and conducting preliminary site assessments to ensure project viability.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of land and title documentation, project development processes, and local permitting regulations.

You will need to have demonstrable experience working within Land Acquisition within Germany, ideally within renewables (although other relevant sectors considered) and speak fluent German.

Location : Remote based role from anywhere in Germany – with regular travel expected.

Salary : strong salary provided to right candidate, plus bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sites for solar PV project development
• Conduct preliminary site assessments to ensure project feasibility and identify potential project risks
• Evaluate land ownership and title documentation to assess the viability of project sites
• Manage land acquisition processes, including negotiating land leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and other relevant parties
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Project Managers and Engineering, to ensure project timelines are met
• Collaborate with local authorities and regulators to ensure projects comply with all permitting requirements
• Participate in project due diligence processes, including coordinating third-party consultants and reviewing technical reports
