Summary

For the "Production Technology" department, we are looking for an "Industrial Engineer Assembly Integration (f / m / d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The "Industrial Engineering" (IE) team within HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH focuses on production start-up planning, specification, planning and realization of production plants and production lines, introduction of innovative manufacturing technologies, cooperation in the design of new products with the aim of efficient and cost-effective producibility, industrial participation / offset and transfer of production (ToP).

Your Tasks

Technical project management of IE in the product start-up phase for complex electronic assemblies and subsystems as well as the management of subcontractors

Specification and design of production facilities (measuring chambers, assembly and test stations, production lines, building infrastructure)

Construction management, validation and acceptance of new production facilities as well as the optimization and automation of production processes

Definition of manufacturing design constraints in close cooperation with engineering / design for new products

Development of assembly and testing concepts in close cooperation with production, design and engineering - Implementation of workshops

Definition and description of ToP packages for the fulfillment of offset obligations in export

Support in the preparation of the production offset share of international offers as well as cooperation in supplier selection and implementation of ToP worldwide

Willingness to travel and work abroad is a prerequisite.

Your Profile

Degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, production engineering or similar

Several years of professional experience in IE, production technology or product development

Several years of experience as a technical project manager / segment manager

Experience in the implementation of lean production methods

Experience in the production of electronic assemblies is advantageous

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Very good organizational and coordination skills

Business fluent in English and German
