What you’ll do
Our Senior Consultants are part of a experienced project delivery team. You will be part of a team that will execute IT strategy projects while advising clients on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.
What you’ll need
- An understanding in ideally a few core IT domains, but especially in Data Analytics, Low- / No-Code and Cloud based Transformation
- Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a business analyst, cloud architect or agile coach
- Experience working with multiple IT solutions advising on application architecture, platforms, tools and application development as well as on DevOps and agile ways of working
- Experience in the implementation of enterprise business applications (e.g. MS Dynamics, Salesforce, ChatGPT)
- At least 6 years of experience, preferably in Public Services
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel and work in a diverse international environment.
- Ability to make informed decisions and seek and accept guidance and coaching from team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills (ideally in critical political environments);
- Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out of-the box solutions;
- Ability to synthesis and translate complex technical aspects into business terms
- Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Coachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement;
- A consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
