We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position Simulation IT and Tools Administator (f / m / d).

Your tasks :

  • Ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of IT Infrastructure (normal business hours)
  • Continuously revise and improve the capabilities and reliability of IT infrastructure
  • Delivering comissioning and decomissioning services for backbone as well as userrelated computing hardware
  • Take an active role in implementing an Infrastructure-as-Code paradigm across all services
  • Maintain internal IaaS Services and the underlying technologies (e.g. Proxmox, Container Platforms, Lifecycle Management)
  • Maintain internal PaaS Services (e.g. Jenkins, Nexus, SVN, Moodle ...)
  • Coordinate closely with corporate IT services like ITSec, Networking

Your profile :

  • Completed studies in the field of Computer science or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the operation and design of Enterprise-level IT Infrastructure are mandatory
  • High Level of expertise in at least one or more related fields (e.g. virtualization, storage, automation...) is required
  • Experience with dynamic Povisioning and Immutable Systems
  • Solid Multi-Distro Linux Skills and experience in one or more Scripting / programming languages (Python, Bash, C++, Go ...) is necessary
  • Business fluent in German
  • Good knowledege in English
