We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in Germany’s solar / PV sector , focusing on utility-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling solar technologies to utilities, developers, and independent power producers (IPPs) .
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share across utility-scale solar projects in Germany.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders at utilities, project developers, and IPPs to promote company solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to inform product and strategy development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements :
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the solar / PV industry, with a strong network among German utilities and developers.Deep understanding of the utility-scale solar market, procurement cycles, and energy regulations in Germany.Fluency in German and English required.Willingness to travel regionally as needed.This is a key role in expanding our solar footprint across Germany’s energy transition landscape.
