ABOUT THE TEAM

The Operations department is in charge of running the bank. We take care of Trade Republic's business process management and ensure that operations run smoothly. The alignment of our processes with the company's strategic goals, designing and implementing scaling process architectures as well as establishing efficient process measurement systems are at the core of our mission.

Our scope covers a broad range of banking as well as business operations topics beginning from Market Operations and Securities Services to Payment Operations and AFC Operations

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Join Trade Republic’s trading desk and be responsible for the daily trading operations in the European markets
• Be the expert for European Capital Markets and all related topics
• Work at the pulse of the fast-paced equity, derivates, and crypto markets
• Monitor our customers’ order flow and be the first point of contact for our partner exchanges and clearing partner
• Be responsible for the management and optimization of our trading processes to provide our customers with the best-in-class solution
• Resolve complex inquiries that have been escalated by the customer service team and take care of incidents
• Independently supervise tasks that are part of the daily trading business of a modern brokerage fintech
