Job Description:
We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team in Santos (Lisbon). The role involves providing customer support.

Requirements:

• Dutch (fluent/native level)

• English at least B2 level

• Good communication skills

• Availability to work rotating shifts

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: 1400 gross (no experience required)

• Possible signing bonus up to 2500 (gross)

• Full-time contract

• Paid training

Relocation Package (if applicable):

• Support with NIF and NISS

• Assistance in finding accommodation

• Relocation bonus: 2500 gross (paid with first payroll)

• 1500 gross for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km from Lisbon)

Documents Required:

• EU ID or Residence Card

• Certificate of Protection (issued after March 2022)
