As we expand our footprint in EasternEurope, we're looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager todrive our growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Along with business growth, we are looking for a Technical SalesManager / Sales Engineer East Europe (m / w / d) (HU, CZ, PL, KR, RO... location to be decided - contractual based in CZ Republic forthe ideal candidate we may be flexible) What you’ll do :

  • Boostsales revenue and achieve optimal sustainable pricing.
  • Identifygrowth opportunities, delivering profits (targeting >

10% of netrevenue).

  • Provide concise market analysis and reports, ensuringtimely and accurate insights.
  • Differentiate our offerings throughsustainability and innovation.
  • Build strong, transparentcommunication within our global team and with clients.
  • Engagewith the supply chain of Automotive, HVAC, and other industries toexplore new applications.
  • Lead prospecting efforts, newapplication development, and expand into new industries.
  • Offerexpert technical support, including material recommendations andfeasibility studies.
  • Help clients bring future moulded parts intoproduction with technical recommendations. What you bring to thetable :
  • Technical knowledge is a MUST. Engineering studies orcomparable industrial work experience absolutely essential.
  • Successful track record in selling high-value, specialisedproducts.
  • Technical competence in materials, moulding processes,and tooling; polymer technology knowledge is a plus.
  • Experiencewith Automotive or HVAC industries, especially at R&D levels,is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and any of the EasternEuropean language (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian).
  • Ready to travel up to 80%.
  • Excellent communication, negotiationskills, and a proactive, business focused mindset.
