Senior Sales Manager DACH (m / f / d)

About the Company :
Our client is a leading global company specializing in the development and provision of high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE). With a clear focus on safety solutions for demanding work environments, the company offers innovative products that meet the highest safety standards. To strengthen their team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for the DACH region with strong experience in the PPE industry, who is eager to step into a team management role.
Your Responsibilities :
Management :
- Operational responsibility for the German subsidiary, working closely with the corporate management to further develop business strategies.
- Leading and motivating the local team, ensuring high performance and employee development.
- Defining and implementing commercial goals and the business plan for the DACH region.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant laws, and quality standards.
- Representing the company to external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Collaborating with the finance department on reporting and performance analysis.
Business Development :
Conducting detailed market analysis for the DACH region, focusing on distribution partners, key customers, and business processes.Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies aligned with the corporate vision.Maintaining and strategically expanding existing customer relationships, as well as identifying new business opportunities in the B2B sector.Negotiating and closing contracts and coordinating tenders with internal teams.Approximately 60% of the role is focused on business development within the DACH market.Your Profile :At least 5 years of experience in the PPE industry , preferably in the field of fall protection .Strong experience in sales and working with international headquarters and multicultural teams.Experience in dealing with distributors, DIY chains, and professional wholesalers in the B2B sector.Based in Germany, with fluent proficiency in German and English . French is a plus.Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 3–4 days per week).Office in Oberraden – ideally, you will be on-site once a week.Personal Attributes :
