What You'll Do :

As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our international projects, ensuring the successful implementation of SAP S4 / HANA solutions. Your main mission will be to manage projects from start to finish, leveraging your expertise in SAP FI and ABAP to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be responsible for :

  • Project Management : Lead SAP implementation projects, focusing on S4 / HANA, while ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Implementation & Strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop effective project strategies for SAP FI implementations.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with international teams, facilitating communication and cooperation to drive project success.
  • Technical Expertise : Utilize your knowledge of SAP ABAP for debugging and customizing solutions, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Client Interaction : Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support and guidance throughout the implementation process, and ensuring complete satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : At least 5 years of experience as a SAP Project Manager, with proven experience managing S4 / HANA implementations.
  • Technical Skills : Solid understanding of SAP FI and expertise in SAP ABAP for debugging processes.
  • International Exposure : Experience working with international teams, adapting to cultural differences, and ensuring effective communication across borders.
  • Language Proficiency : High conversational level of English is a MUST—because we love to communicate and share ideas!
  • Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to lead and inspire teams.
