The position

You will manage the development, implementation and optimization of quality system policies and procedures in order to improve the work efficiency effecting by quality and minimize the quality cost in line with the goals of Group and LE.

This position requires a relocation to Belecke, Warstein (North-Rhine Westphalia).

Main responsibilities

• To set up and implement the departmental objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the quality assurance;
• To manage and maintain the internal quality audit programs and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all quality audits - internal and external in order to keep the quality systems into compliance with quality requirements.
• To set up and maintain the quality inspection methods to ensure the effective evaluation of incoming and in-process materials and components, production process and finished goods.
• To establish an 3rd party auditing program and lead or coordinate the compliance audits of third party suppliers, sub-manufacturers or distributors to control the quality of incoming materials.
• To report to the LE / Cooperate executive management on the performance of the quality system, any non-compliance issues and recommended actions on time.
• To manage documentation related to Quality System guidelines.
• To manage the customer complaints.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering, electrical or mechanical;
• At least 5 years of quality management experience within a related industry (power conversion products);
• Good command of quality management methods and tools such as TQM, QMS, EMS, FMEA process etc.;
• Proven strong problem solving ability with attention to root cause.
• To have external auditor capability in manufacturing processes is preferred
• Professional certificates, must have QMS internal auditor certificate;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy
• Native German speaker or at least C1 level.
