Main Responsibility :
The OPEX Coordinator is responsible for implementing, developing, and monitoring Operational Excellence (OPEX) processes and projects. The role focuses on optimizing production and business processes and promoting a culture of continuous improvement at the plant, with 70% of the focus, and the remaining 30% across the German sites.
Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production Technology, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or process optimization, ideally in a production environment.
- Solid knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI systems.
- Experience leading projects and teams, including internationally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team motivation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between German sites.
- Must Speak Fluent English & German
