Your tasks :
- Disciplinary and technical management of the PMO team
- Ensuring the successful management and implementation of complex, internal projects led by PMO project managers
- Advising and monitoring internal projects along the PMO process that are carried out by specialist departments
- Aligning the project portfolio with the corporate strategy
- Continuous further development of the PMO
- Active cooperation with specialist departments, identification of optimization potential and initiation of projects to improve the company
Your profile :
Completed degree, e.g. in the field of business informatics or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of management experience as a line managerSeveral years of experience as a project manager of complex IT projects in the manufacturing industry (e.g. ERP projects in special machine construction)Sound knowledge and experience in the application of project management methods (classic and agile project management)Competence in deciding between pragmatic or exact solutionsHands-on mentalityStructured and results-oriented way of workingHigh motivation to drive the company forward with real resultsVery good communication and moderation skills appropriate to the target groupConfident in dealing with problems that arise and initiating corrective measures to ensure the success of the projectWhat we offer you :
