This is what you bring to the table

  • You have proven experience in leading digital product teams and managing the full product lifecycle ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Youve successfully led crossfunctional teams working closely with engineering design and business teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • You have handson experience with Agile and Lean methodologies driving product development with efficiency and innovation.
  • Youre knowledgeable about API and backend integrations ideally in fintech or insurance to ensure smooth product operations.
  • Youre skilled in stakeholder management ensuring transparent communication and alignment with leadership and external partners.
