Motion Design Intern

Hello , we’re PHONT, an innovative startup based in Frankfurt. Our vision is to bring subtitles to life and reimagine a tool that hasn’t evolved in a hundred years. We’re doing this by integrating emotional nuances into subtitles through the combination of AI and design.

We are looking for a Motion Design Intern who helps us to showcase the potential of our product through animations and crafts marketing materials that bring our vision to life. If you’re passionate about motion design and typography this is your opportunity to join us in shaping a groundbreaking product.

Aufgaben

• Create engaging manual animations (e.g., in After Effects) on subtitles to showcase how PHONT enhances subtitle experiences in various materials, from film to reels.
• Design marketing visuals and assets for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Conceptualize and visualize motion assets that will later be universally implemented into our product on a codebase.
• Conduct research to develop motion design concepts that reflect PHONT’s core mission.

The young founding team of Frederik, Paul and Marcello is in the process of building a tool from Frederik's design master's thesis that will change subtitling forever. We operate at the intersection of AI voice analysis, design and creative coding and have learned and experienced a lot on our short journey. In addition to talks at major industry events like Berlinale, we are working on pilot projects with well-known media companies and have received numerous awards. Our team is growing and together with you, we want to set new standards.
