Join a team where your marketing skills help power the transition to renewable energy! STABL Energy is seeking a Working Student (m / f / d) in Performance Marketing & Marketing Automation.

Your mission

  • Supporting the planning implementation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (e.g. on Google Ads LinkedIn or Meta).
  • Creating and analyzing campaign performance reports based on KPIs to make datadriven optimizations.
  • Taking responsibility for implementing and optimizing marketing automations in HubSpot (workflows email campaigns lead scoring).
  • Segmenting and maintaining customer data in HubSpot to enable targeted campaigns.
  • Creating marketing materials such as landing pages emails and forms in HubSpot.
  • Collaborating with the content team to develop performanceoriented content.
  • Researching current trends and technologies in performance marketing and marketing automation.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing Business Administration Business Informatics or a related field.
  • Solid experience working with HubSpot (e.g. automations reporting campaign management).
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels and KPIs (e.g. CPC CTR ROI).
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for datadriven work.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ideally basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Creativity and a knack for targeted communication.
  • Independent working style and willingness to commit to longterm projects.
  • Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken.
