Project Manager (M / F / X)

Manpower is looking for a Project Manager for a client, a European Institution specialized in financial services located in Luxembourg for a duration of 12 months.

This temporary assignment will support a strategic division responsible for driving business transformation, project execution, and organisational change. The selected candidate will play a key role in planning, delivering, and monitoring projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Your missions :

Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, using traditional and / or Agile methodologies

Define project scope, business cases, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and project governance teams

Manage project changes, including scope adjustments, timelines, and budgets

Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external providers to ensure successful project delivery

Support organisational change initiatives impacting processes, tools, and ways of working

Foster team collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices

Coordinate with external consultants and service providers when required

Your profile :

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within financial services or consulting

Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle

Knowledge of traditional and / or Agile project management methodologies

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing third-party providers

Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Project management certifications (Prince2, PMI, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) are considered an asset
