For our headquarter in Kleve we are searching for a Finance Director (m / f / d) :

As Finance Director for SPECTRO you'll report directly to the Divsional Vice President / BU Controller. You’ll work closely with different internal partners to drive performance, ensure financial integrity, and support strategic growth. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape decisions and deliver results.

Your duties and responsibilities :

• Manage the accounting team (6-7 employees)
• Prepare and submit the monthly US GAAP financials in HFM system
• Lead the entity's SOX quarterly requirements, such as account reconciliations and other key controls
• Ensure conformity with US-GAAP, local statutory requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley and Corporate policies
• Drive the organization to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
• Develop talent in the finance organization and ensure succession planning
• Prepare annual budget and monthly operational expenses forecasts
• Prepare ad hoc requests for Corporate
• Ensures timely, accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Responsible for annual statutory audit with external auditors
