Tasks As Sales & Operations Manager – DOOH , you will be responsible for the seamless operation and successful monetization of our digital advertising screens at our battery-swapping-stations . You will oversee screen performance, optimize campaigns, and acquire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as clients. Sales & Monetization You will acquire SMEs to increase the utilization and monetization of our digital screens. You will identify new revenue opportunities and develop upselling & cross-selling strategies. You will support pricing strategies and negotiations with partners. Operations & Campaign Management You will monitor and ensure the functionality of our digital screens (software & hardware) . You will manage, optimize, and analyze advertising campaigns to achieve client-specific KPIs. You will coordinate campaigns with local partners and ensure they are delivered efficiently and flawlessly. Performance Tracking & Reporting You will measure the success of our advertising initiatives and analyze campaign performance. You will create revenue forecasts, track performance, and report to the Head of Divisions and the CEO. You will derive data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration You will work closely with the B2B sales team, product team, and external partners to continuously improve the performance of our digital advertising screens. Requirements You have several years of experience in digital marketing, media sales, or out-of-home (DOOH) advertising . You have campaign and performance management experience in digital advertising solutions. You are analytical, data-driven, and have a strong understanding of sales and performance optimization . You are fluent in German & English and enjoy working with cross-functional teams. You are solution-oriented, strategic-thinking, and execute tactical plans effectively . Nice to Have : Experience working with advertising agencies or AdTech companies . Knowledge of programmatic advertising . Willingness to travel occasionally to Amsterdam .
