Are you looking for an exciting and challenging internship opportunity Then look no further. We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team. You will have the opportunity to support our Category Manager and Global Category Manager on a global scale.

Your task will involve analyzing and maintaining data including supplier information contracts volumes and costs.
You will also be responsible for preparing conducting and following up on our weekly PreSourcingCouncil meetings.
In addition you will have the chance to assist with process design and optimization annual price negotiations and international tendering.
Furthermore you will develop material field strategies technical ratio projects and global awarding.
As part of your role you will have the opportunity to participate in negotiations with suppliers.

Qualifications :

Education : studies in the field of Purchasing or comparable

Experience and Knowledge : good MS Office skills; knowledge of purchasing and logistics would be an advantage

Personality and Working Practice : you are able to structure your time effectively and work in a selfdirected way

Languages : good in English German is an advantage

Additional Information :

Start : according to prior agreement

Duration : 6 months
