What you will enjoy doing
- You are responsible for a complete financial reporting, -forecasting, -budgeting and -performance management from top to bottom line and manage cash flow, working capital, fixed cost, productivity, and CAPEX for your Business Unit
- In addition you take part in Finance and cross-functional projects involving several functions to support Senior Management and to foster the long-term strategy development (e.
g. with scenario based financial modelling) and increase efficiency and productivity
- You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company
- In this role you ensure that all processes and structures are up-to-date and comply with the latest organizational set-up
- You enable profitability analyses from various stand-points through thorough system-maintenance (Product-Costing, intercompany charging, etc.)
What makes you great

- You have a background in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, preferably with a university degree
- As the perfect candidate you have 3+ years of working experience in financial controlling (business / cost), accounting, or a related field within a multinational company
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
- You show hands-on experience in the field of controlling and productivity & cost saving initiatives, preferably in industrial gases
- You have a first-class Financial Know-how (P&L, Balance Sheet, Asset Management, Cash Flow) and extraordinary business acumen
- You bring advanced technical skills (SAP CO-FI, SAP BW, MS Excel, MS PowerQuery / PowerPivot, VBA, Tableau)
- The ability to de-complex subject matters at all levels both in German and English are part of your skill-set
