Manufacturing Manager (Semiconductor)

A leading global innovator in sensor technology is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and coordinate production efforts across internal and external manufacturing sites. This role is pivotal in aligning operational goals with business growth, ensuring seamless product ramp-up, and fostering collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Define and execute operational strategies focused on cost optimization, timely delivery, quality improvement, and supplier performance.
• Manage internal and external manufacturing workflows to meet demand forecasts and operational targets, including yield, productivity, and cost metrics.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to develop a synchronized, data-driven demand and supply plan across short- and long-term horizons.
• Collaborate closely with R&D to support product and process improvements, as well as the qualification and ramp-up of new technologies.
• Direct cross-functional teams involved in engineering, supply chain, and production to support continuous improvement and lifecycle management .
• Drive key initiatives in yield improvement, new product introduction (NPI), process transfers, and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to support operational scalability and performance.
• Provide strong leadership across multiple sites in Germany and the Netherlands, fostering team development and operational excellence.
